We call this first step GET TO KNOW YOU because it's a chance for you to get to know The Fix and how we can help you.
It's also our chance to get to know you so that we can customize your program and make sure that you’ll getting the fastest and easiest results possible.

STEP TWO: GET STARTED
We take into account anything we need to know to design the perfect workout program for you.
We also look at how you like to eat and the foods that you love and build a nutrition program just for you.
Then we ease you into the program to make sure you're not overwhelmed with too many changes too soon.

STEP THREE: GET GOING
The GET GOING step is all about making sure that you get the fastest and easiest results possible.
We make small adjustments along the way so that sure that you get the most out of your program.
We also check in with you, a lot, to see how you’re feeling and to find ways to make your program the best it can be.

STEP FOUR: GET RESULTS
Results is what this program is all about and you should see results within the first few weeks.
As your body changes, your program will change to keep the results coming.
Then, when you will reach your ultimate goal, your program will evolve so that you keep your results for a lifetime.
